Terms of service

An order is confirmed once payment is taken and you receive an order confirmation. Prices include VAT where applicable; delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates are given in good faith. The August 29th cut-off guarantees pre-Sukkot delivery; outside that window we will always tell you honestly whether an order can arrive in time. See delivery information for details.

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Lulav and etrog sets are perishable and excluded from return, but damaged sets are replaced free of charge — contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Sukkahs are temporary structures: follow the assembly instructions, anchor them as directed, and take them down in severe weather. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper assembly or extreme conditions.
